Our annual customer survey is key in helping us achieve this and gives our customers the chance to offer feedback on the service we provide. It is this approach that underpins our philosophy of growing our business by actively supporting the successful growth of our customers’ business.

We utilise the services of an external agency, Elliott People, to ensure that the survey is professionally managed and delivers an open and honest result.
