Hunt’s Raise Money for Children’s Hospice

Hunt’s Foodservice held their annual Golf Day back in September and whilst enjoying a great day of golf with customers and local suppliers, the company raised £1600 for the Children’s Hospice South West. Over 150 people enjoyed the day hosted at Woodbury Park near Exeter.

The day presented sunny conditions for a round of golf finishing off with a charity raffle and a buffet dinner. A huge selection of prizes was up for grabs from weekend breaks away and attraction tickets to restaurant vouchers and gift hampers. All prizes were generously donated and all money raised from selling raffle tickets went straight to the Children’s Hospice.

Trevor Crossfield, Sales Director at Hunt’s Foodservice comments; “I would like to thank everyone who attended our event to make it a success and to all who contributed to the fantastic total we raised for Children’s Hospice South West.”

“I have seen the vital support they give to children and their families and its brilliant how they create such a happy environment within their hospices. I am delighted to present a cheque for £1600 and I am looking forward to seeing more local children get the help they need throughout the south west thanks to the Children’s Hospice and their brilliant work.”
